Task 4

Little Red Riding Hood , ( Wolf's POV )


Once upon a time there lived in a certain village a little country girl, the prettiest creature who was ever seen. Her mother was excessively fond of her; and her grandmother doted on her still more. This good woman had a little red riding hood made for her. It suited the girl so extremely well that everybody called her Little Red Riding Hood.

I , am a wolf which was very hungry due to the lack of food in the forest . Most of the animals in the forest when somewhere else to seek a new beginning . While i was strolling along the moist grass , i overheard the conversation between red riding hood and her mother . Out of the blue an idea struck my brain .

I waited for red riding hood to pass by the pathway , so that i could somehow hypnotize her from getting her to go to her grandmother's house . I knew that she was going to pay a visit to her ill grandmother therefore i took a shorter route to grandmother's house an act as little red riding hood .

Therefore grandmother was quite unconscious in her sight and she became my first prey . When little red riding hood arrived , her mouth fell open when she saw i was on the grandmother's bed . Therefore she became the second prey.

Confessions of an Opium Eater

I have often been asked how it was and through series of steps , that i became an opium eater . Was it gradually ,tentatively , mistrustingly as one goes down a shelving beach into a deepening sea and with a knowledge from the first of the dangers lying on the patch .

I started became an opium eater since i was 10 years old because my father at that time , was an opium trader . During that time , life was hard and my family barely survive with one dish a day
So , i tried taking opium and asked my friends to try since i tried it and nothing happpened to me
My folks reminded me not to tried it , there was a saying that ' once you try it , forever you will addicted to it ' . I ignore what the saying was because i tried an nothing happen to me .

After 10 years down the road , i followed my father footsteps and became an opium trader . Therefore i earn as much as my father used to earn . So i am not quite stable to support myself with the monthly expenses because my income was not much . I thought through about what my life was going to be with no money . Suddenly and idea struck my head , i planned with my colleague to rob a money launderer house nearby our village .

Around 2am in the morning , everyone was asleep soundly . We took this oppurtunity to sneak into the money launderer house and compiled all his valuables in our bag . We sat at an enclosed area where no one lives and half the valuables by two . Both of us earn quite sum of money and we separated and act as if we have not known each other so that no one would suspect that we have done the house-breaking .

Nobody in our village suspected our house-breaking and therefore we had all the money by our own .

Task 2

The Old Lady Sat Alone In Her Room .

(d) James had his dinner with his mother after work and was too tired to do his coursework . He went to bed right after he went into his room , he dozed of within seconds . Out of the blue , he gave a start and rose form his bed when he heard someone whispered to him in the ear saying that he was going to die tomorrow . He uttered a squeak of fear and shouted for help . Surprisingly , no one in the house replied to his call .


The Room Was Badly Decorated .

(b) Samantha Jade dreamt about heaven when her father called the interior designers to design the most antique room in the universe . Cole , her father planned this for her birthday present . One evening after Samantha Jade came back from work , she had an unpleasant feeling that something have gone weird . Finally her mouth fell open when she saw her room was in a mess where nothing was done by the designers . She was momentarilly disappointed with what she saw .

The Pros And Cons Of Having A Tuition . :D

In school you will hear about forming a study group. Your instructor may advocate forming a study group or one of your peers may ask you to join. The question is are study groups to your personal advantage? Your study time is a limited resource and is a study group a good use of that resource. This article will explore the pros and cons of a study group.

The advantages of joining a study group.

A study group can help keep you accountable. Many people are better at doing what they need to be doing if other people are counting on them. With a study group you know that two or three other people expect you to show up at a certain time and to be prepared.

A study group will help you test your own knowledge. Different students tend to pick up different things in lecture and in their readings. During study group a fellow student may say or ask you about a topic that you may never have considered focusing on. This may make the difference on a key question on the test.

Explaining to others is a great way to learn. As you explain the material to other students you yourself will get a better understanding of it. This process will also expose missing knowledge that you have on the topic. As you explain the topic other members may start explaining parts to you as time progresses.

A study group can create a sense of camaraderie. It may become just more fun to study. Instead of simply rereading the same notes over and over again you are quizzing each other and interacting. This will make your study session more fun and time pass more quickly.

The group can be of help when you are in need. The Study group can help you out if you need to miss a lecture as well as with an assignment you do not understand.

The disadvantageous of a study group.

The study group is just a gossip session. If the group is not focusing on classwork and just talks about current events or the latest fashion it will not help you exam scores. Whenever people gather there will be some small talk. The problem arises when the small talk expands to the detriment of the the study time. You need to be on guard for this as a whole afternoon can be wasted.

A member of the study group is unethical. It is perfectly OK - depending on the instructors guidelines - to help each other with homework or at the least explain the assignment to a fellow student. The problem arises when a fellow scholar wants to copy your work. You can feel a lot of pressure to comply.

The study group starts late and is out of your way. If you drive to a faraway location to meet and half the group is an hour late this can be a waste of your time. Not only is it disrespectful, but it accomplishes little in the way of preparing for the exam.
